Following the enthusiastic reception and fruitful discussions from the first conference, held earlier this year in Dongguan, the decision to host the second edition within the same year underscores the urgent need to continue addressing the dynamic advancements and challenges within the digital economy and AI spheres. The rapid pace of innovation and the growing importance of these domains necessitate regular, comprehensive discourse to ensure sustainable and inclusive growth. Hosting the second conference in the same year allows for an ongoing dialogue, enabling participants to build on the momentum and collaboratively work towards impactful solutions.

The primary objectives of the second conference are to foster multidisciplinary collaborations, drive thought leadership, and catalyze innovation in the digital economy and AI sectors. Key themes for this year’s conference include "AI and Digital Transformation," which explores the integration of AI across various industries; "Data Governance and Ethics," focusing on the ethical considerations and regulatory frameworks necessary for responsible digital innovation; "Smart Cities and Urban Development," examining the role of AI in shaping future urban landscapes; and "Fintech and Blockchain Technologies," which delves into the transformative impact of these technologies on the financial sector. All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings and will be submitted for Ei Compendex and Scopus.
